Areas We Cover

Specialist buyer representation in Scotland's most sought-after residential locations.

Edinburgh

Scotland's most competitive prime residential market.

Edinburgh's prime residential market is characterised by low stock, high demand and fast-moving closing dates. Neighbourhoods such as the New Town, Stockbridge, Morningside and the West End consistently attract competitive interest from local upgraders, relocating professionals and international buyers alike.

The Georgian and Victorian architecture of the New Town remains among the most sought-after residential property anywhere in the UK. Grade A listed buildings, communal gardens and proximity to the city centre combine to create a market that rarely shows weakness.

We assist buyers in identifying on-market and off-market opportunities across all prime Edinburgh postcodes. Our role is to ensure you are positioned ahead of the market, not reacting to it.

Glasgow

A varied and fast-moving market with exceptional prime value.

Glasgow's prime residential market is broader and more varied than Edinburgh's, encompassing conservation areas, Victorian terraces and contemporary developments across the West End, Southside and surrounding neighbourhoods.

The West End — anchored by Hyndland, Dowanhill and Kelvinside offers some of Scotland's finest Victorian residential architecture. Wide sandstone avenues, proximity to the University of Glasgow and a well-established professional community make this one of the country's most consistently popular buyer destinations.

The Southside, including Shawlands, Pollokshields and Newlands, offers conservation-area properties at meaningful value relative to the West End.

St Andrews

A highly constrained market with international appeal.

St Andrews is one of Scotland's most internationally recognised residential destinations. The combination of its ancient university, world-famous golf courses and coastal setting creates demand from a uniquely diverse buyer pool.

Supply in St Andrews is structurally limited. The town is small, planning restrictions are significant and the volume of quality residential stock available at any one time is low. Competition for desirable properties near the university, the Old Course or the seafront is consistently strong.

We offer discreet sourcing and buyer representation in St Andrews and the surrounding villages and the East Neuk of Fife.

Troon

Scotland's premier coastal and golf lifestyle destination.

Troon is one of Ayrshire's finest residential addresses. A coastal town with a well-established reputation for quality residential property, championship golf and an unhurried quality of life.

Royal Troon Golf Club draws golf-motivated buyers from North America, Asia and the Middle East, many of whom seek a permanent or second home within reach of the course.

We assist lifestyle buyers, second-home purchasers and those relocating to the Ayrshire coast in identifying and securing property in Troon and surrounding towns.
